1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using Timbry (https://timbry.art), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our services.
2. Description of Services
Timbry is a SaaS platform for independent musicians offering:
- Track and album management
- Concert and tour planning
- Fan relationship management (CRM)
- ISRC code generation
- AI-powered audio mastering
- Professional invoicing
- Public artist pages
3. Account Registration
- You must provide accurate and complete information
- You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account
- You must be at least 16 years old to create an account
- One account per person or organization
4. Subscriptions and Payments
Plans
- Découverte (Free): 12 tracks, 50 fans
- Artiste (€4.90/month): 12 distributed tracks, 500 fans
- Pro (€29/month): 240 distributed tracks, full features
Billing
- Subscriptions are billed monthly via Stripe
- Prices are in EUR and include applicable taxes
- Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled
Cancellation
You can cancel your subscription at any time. Access continues until the end of the billing period.
5. User Obligations
You agree not to:
- Upload content you do not own or have rights to
- Use the service for illegal purposes
- Attempt to circumvent security measures
- Share your account credentials
- Upload malicious software or harmful content
- Violate intellectual property rights of others
6. Intellectual Property
- You retain all rights to your music and content
- You grant Timbry a license to display and distribute your public content
- Timbry retains all rights to the platform, design, and code
- ISRC codes generated are registered to you as the artist
7. Limitation of Liability
Timbry is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for:
- Loss of data or revenue
- Service interruptions
- Third-party actions
- Indirect or consequential damages
Our total liability is limited to the amount paid for services in the last 12 months.
8. Account Termination
We may suspend or terminate your account for violations of these terms. You may delete your account at any time from your dashboard settings.
9. Modifications
We may update these terms at any time. Significant changes will be communicated via email or in-app notification. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
10. Governing Law
These terms are governed by French law. Disputes will be resolved in the courts of Paris, France.
